- Home Delivery: HeiMao (Available only for Taiwan Mainland)
- Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (Available for Taiwan Mainland and Outlying Islands convenience stores)
Shipping Information:
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after the order date (excluding the order day itself), not including public holidays. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM; there is no delivery on weekends. Shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes during festive periods or due to force majeure factors.
- For Home Delivery: Actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
- For Convenience Store Pickup: Please watch for the arrival notification SMS and pick up your order within seven days of arrival. Failure to collect the package within this period may result in additional shipping costs being borne by the customer.
